Kidney Pal Education Package (Print)

Doctors wanted to create a package for patients eligible for palliative care to explain the program, the team, and possible medical outcomes from choosing this care path. I worked directly with the doctors to get a full understanding of exactly what they were looking for, and to be sure to create a design within their budget. The wallet card is for hospital emergencies and is intended for patients to have so they can assert their care choices to other emergency room teams.

Patient Gateway Poster and Postcards (Print)

Poster created to promote Patient Gateway throughout the system. Goal was to encourage patients that aren't currently enrolled to sign up, and to provide information about the services offered through Patient Gateway. Non-mailing postcards were also created to hand out to patients directly.

Sharps Disposal Trifold Brochure and Flier (Print)

Client needed information packet to inform patients on how to safely dispose of needles ("sharps") outside of the hospital setting. Illustrations used are from the CDC.

Why We Ask Poster (Print)

This poster was created to motivate patients to report their demographics. I created the question mark artwork to make this eye catching, and to showcase diversity.

Trainee Peer Supports Poster (Print)

Internal poster that would be displayed on a bullet board with many other posters and fliers. Wanted a friendly graphic to stand above the competition.

Behavioral Health Postcard (Print)

This non-mailing postcard was intended to be provided to patients within a clinical setting. The main purpose of this card was to let patients know that they can go directly to their primary care doctors for more information regarding behavioral health. Like so many documents, this was created in multiple languages.

Share your thanks (Digital)

Internal campaign showcasing actual employees, displayed on digital screens throughout the organization. Purpose of the campaign was for leadership to proclaim their appreciation and to encourage others to do so as well throughout the organization. Call to action was to ask employees for their participation by visiting the company's intranet.

Digital ad at woman's conference. I also suggested reworking the copy that was originally provided in order to have a more compelling headline.

Recruitment Ad (Digital)

Recruitment ad sent out through email to promote upcoming job fairs. Organized the content so it was easy to digest "at a glance".
